These terms apply to orders placed on this website.

Prices

Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you place your order.

Made-to-order pieces

Custom and made-to-order pieces are produced for you after we confirm size, fabric and finish together. The lead time is agreed at confirmation. Because these pieces are made to your specification, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or different from what we agreed.

Order confirmation

We call you to confirm every order before it is prepared. We may decline an order if an item becomes unavailable, in which case nothing is charged.
