Delivery and returns

Delivery

We deliver across Egypt. The delivery fee for your governorate is shown at checkout. Ready pieces are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days; made-to-order pieces on the date agreed with you.

On arrival

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, tell the delivery team and message us within 48 hours with photos, and we will repair or replace it.

Returns

Ready-made decor items can be returned unused in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Custom and made-to-order furniture is made for you and cannot be returned unless it is faulty or not as agreed.
